Nourish Move Heal
Holistic treatment for the whole family
Our Services
At Kinected Family Wellness, we focus on root-cause care through physical therapy, pelvic floor support, and gut-centered functional medicine. Our approach integrates movement, the nervous system, and the microbiome to help adults and children heal, function, and thrive.
Physical Therapy
Movement-based care for adults and children to restore strength, mobility, and reduce pain.
We provide individualized physical therapy to help you recover from injuries, reduce chronic pain—especially in the back and hips—improve posture, enhance mobility, and prevent future issues. Our approach addresses the whole body, not just the area of pain, using hands-on therapies combined with movement-based rehabilitation.
Includes:
Orthopedic & pediatric physical therapy
Pain reduction for back, hip, and musculoskeletal issues
Core stability and functional movement
Strength and injury prevention
Treatment Types
-
Gentle hands-on therapy that supports proper organ mobility and alignment, helping reduce tension, improve digestion, and support overall musculoskeletal function
-
A light-touch therapy that helps balance the craniosacral system, supporting nervous system regulation, reducing pain, and improving mobility and stress resilience
-
Soft tissue needling that addresses inflammation, circulation, and reduces soft tissues guarding. This approach allows us to not only address muscular dysfunction locally, but also treat the system through a neuromuscular approach.
-
Hands-on manual therapy is a foundational part of treatment and is used to reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve overall movement quality. Techniques may include deep tissue and soft tissue work, joint mobilizations, cupping therapy, and myofascial release, all selected based on your evaluation and tailored to your specific needs. This approach is especially effective for back pain, hip pain, muscle tension, movement restrictions, and recovery from injury.
Specialized care for bowel, bladder, pelvic health, and core function across all ages.
We help women and children improve pelvic floor function, reduce discomfort, and restore confidence and quality of life. Pediatric pelvic floor therapy is gentle, developmentally appropriate, and often tied to gut and nervous system health.
Includes:
Women’s pelvic floor therapy (pain, prolapse, leaking, pregnancy, postpartum recovery)
Pediatric pelvic floor therapy (constipation, stool withholding, bedwetting)
Core rehabilitation and strengthening
Pelvic floor retraining for optimal function
Relief from pelvic pain, pressure, and discomfort
Pelvic Floor Therapy (Women & Children)
Functional Medicine & Gut Health
A systems-based approach using the gut microbiome, labs, and lifestyle interventions to uncover root causes and improve symptoms.

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Functional Medicine Practitioner, therefore I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and do not prescribe medications. I focus on promoting health and optimizing wellness. My services are not meant to replace those of a medical doctor, instead they are meant to work in conjunction with them. My treatments include natural and herbal supplements, nutritional therapy, and lifestyle modifications to address the underlying cause of disease.

In the state of Connecticut a referral is not needed to receive physical therapy or functional medicine services. If more medical care is required, we may refer you to a physician.

For physical therapy services we are 'out of network' with all commercial insurance and do not contract with Medicare or Medicaid. This allows for more one on one treatment time with each patient. Payment is collected at the time of service and can be paid with cash, card, check, flexible saving account, or health saving account. A superbill can be requested to submit to commercial insurance, however this is the responsibility of the patient.
Functional medicine services are fee for service and payment is collected at the time of service with the same payment methods. Superbills are not available for these services. We offer one-time services, package deals, and payment plans to help meet each patient's lifestyle and budget needs.
