Creating a healthier home can feel overwhelming. Knowing where to start, which products to trust, and what changes truly matter often leaves families stuck in information overload. The Nourished Home Assessment is a personalized whole-home wellness experience designed to help simplify the process.
Before your visit, you'll complete a detailed intake questionnaire exploring household habits, health concerns, symptoms, and lifestyle factors to create a personalized Home Wellness Snapshot. During your in-home assessment, we’ll walk room-by-room through your space—including areas such as the kitchen, pantry, laundry, personal care products, and everyday household items—to identify opportunities for practical, realistic changes that support healthier living. Following your assessment, you'll receive customized recommendations, educational resources, guides, and a Nourished Home starter kit to help make implementation simple and approachable.
Hands-on implementation support and additional concierge options may also be available.

Nourished Home Co. was created from a belief that healthy living should feel practical, approachable, and realistic for everyday families. After living overseas in Germany from 2012–2014, there was a striking difference in the way food ingredients, household products, and wellness were approached. Returning home sparked a journey toward creating a healthier, lower-toxin lifestyle and a deeper curiosity about the everyday choices that impact our well-being.
